Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The item is damaged during delivery • The wrong item was delivered • The item has a manufacturing defect 

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind • Incorrect order placed by the customer • Used, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect) Return Process

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Exchange

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it (subject to stock availability).

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).
